Minimum stay is 7 nights during July and August, 3 night minimum required for May and June. Check in Saturday afternoon/Check out Saturday morning. Mid-season rates are $1650.00 weekly. Major holiday weeks: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day $1850.00.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation with balance due 14 days prior to rental date

Cancellations:
Contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Our cancellation policy is outlined below but we will always try to re-rent your days if we are able to.
Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before Check-In): 75% of rental payment refunded.
Late cancellations (between 60 days and 14 days prior to Check-In): 50% of rental payment refunded.
No refunds can be given for cancellations during the two weeks prior to your check-in date unless we are able to rent those dates.
We encourage all renters to purchase traveler’s insurance. We are not able to provide refunds due to health issues, weather, road conditions or travel delays.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is permitted outside of the Chunky Monkey. Out of respect for the next visitor please dispose of your Butts appropriately.
